*NEW* Wheeling System Finally RevealedAn Innovative Idea for Wheeling Numbers. By: Royce Penny *NEW* Wheeling SystemThis *NEW* wheeling system is guaranteed. However, if it does not produce the winning ticket, the entertainment value is well worth the effort. Hop in your car for a short drive. When you reach a stop sign or red light, jump out of your vehicle and measure the distance (to the nearest inch) between the headlight of the car stopped behind you, and your tail light. Write down this number. Experience has found that this number is almost always between 1 and 49 inches, and very rarely repeats itself in multiple stops. The rest is simple, since a 9 number wheel requires only 9 stops. You can also create subsets of these numbers. For example, if the driver of the vehicle behind you also jumps out of his vehicle and screams at you - this measurement could be a "hot" number. A few words of caution are in order. First, older drivers generally are known to yield higher numbers and younger drivers can yield lower numbers. Do not let this bother you - since the lottery balls can also be biased high or low for any particular draw. Also, if the vehicle stopped behind you is a police vehicle - you cannot ignore this measurement. However, be prepared for a longer stop at this light than originally anticipated. As a bonus, if the measurement is a negative number, you become an "instant winner". Measurements between 0 and -2 inches generally pay $500 on the spot. A measurement of -10 inches could be worth thousands. Measurements greater than -10 inches, with the help of a good damage loss lawyer, are worth millions. The only reason I gave this system away for *free* was that it only has a proven historical win ratio of 85%. You see, 15% of the time - when I stop to take the measurement - a "hot" number jumps out of the car behind me and smiles. This generally leads to "other things" and I forget to purchase my lotto tickets.
