Tip 20:   Printing Your Screens

This Tip shows you how to print any Lottery Director screen using your Files Editor.

Printing Your Screens

You can use your  Files Editor  to print any screen.

You might find this the most useful of all your printing methods.

To Print With Your Files Editor

You have copied your game's information.

It's time to put it into your Files Editor.

  5. Paste.

Go to your  Files Editor  window.

Now you are going to  Paste  your game information into your Files Editor window.

Click your  Right  mouse button anywhere inside the Files Editor window.

You'll see a menu.  Select  Paste  to paste the information into your Files Editor.

  6. Print.

In your Files Editor, select   Print   to print the information.

    Note:
You can edit the information before printing it.

You can add your own notes and comments to it.

If you like, you can repeat these steps on other screens, and put them all together in your Files Editor -- and you print them as one report.

That's it.  Here's what you've done:

... Copied a screen -- all of the screen, or part of it,
... Pasted it into your Files Editor window,
... Added your own notes or comments,
... Previewed your printout,
... Printed it.
